2 weeks ago, Mothercares' lawyer wrote to us to say
that the Boots Mini Club Out To Play T’shirt was designed without any reference to
our Out To Play Long Sleeved Top, that any design similarity was entirely co-incidental and
that their Out To Play Top had been removed from sale.
Although we have chosen not to see the Mini Club Out To Play
design documents due to legal conditions, we are pleased to have had a response
and that the item has been removed from sale.
